Sarah has been passionate about sharing the power of natural, whole-foods since she witnessed firsthand the effect they had on her health. Sarah lived with digestive issues for most of her life, leaving her feeling helpless as she relied on over-the-counter medications to control them. She realized that these medications only created more symptoms in her body, and decided to take a holistic look at the situation. Through stress-management, increasing whole-foods and eliminating allergens, Sarah was able to take control of her health without the use of any drugs. Today, she is symptom-free and dedicated to giving people the tools to take control of their own health with a natural,whole-foods approach.
Sarah began her career as an elementary teacher, graduating with a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta in 2009. Seeing a significant increase of incidences of childhood allergies, attention disorders and other special needs in the classroom, Sarah began to research how nutrition could improve most, if not all of these issues. She went back to school to study nutrition and graduated as a C.H.N from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2014. She is a passionate advocate of holistic health and believes that good nutrition comes naturally through whole-foods made from the earth.
